1. How to choose our brushless DC pumps?
 You must seriously look into some of the following parameters or to provide us with these parameters, when you choose a brushless DC pump:
1) Pump model: Firstly, to choose the right and suitable model

2) Power supply of the brushless DC pump:
A. Transformer switch power supply: Switch to the correct voltage a nd current the pump supplied.
B. Battery power supply; how much Battery capacity Amp per hour?
C. Solar power supply; S e l ec t the correct open circuit voltage  a nd short-circuit current.
3) Working voltage: 4.5VDC-24VDC (any voltage from the voltage range)
4) Power: 0.65—120W
5) Static water head and static flow rate:
Static water head---It measures at zero flow rate that the water  goes up to its max height.
Static flow rate---It measures when the pump outlet does not connect any pipe, then the water flow comes out in a certain time. For example: To choose a pump that has 3 L per min flow rate at 2 meters height, then, the static water head of the pump must be higher than 3 meters that we can get a 3L per min flow rate at 2 meters water head height. (For more details, please refer to the flow rate VS water head curve, or ask our sales department)
6) Application environment:
Ambient temperature; Humidity; Ventilation; Use device submersible or non submersible, etc.
7) Medium: water, engine (edible) oil, anti-freezing liquid and other fluid temperature; PH value.

2. How to install our brushless DC pumps?
1. The best installation way of a brushless DC pump is in horizontal direction, the outlet is upward, (If you require another installation method, please inform us when you purchasing, to enable us to adjust all the specifications of the pump to a best working condition.)
2. To install an anti-vibration cotton pad to the bottom of the pump.
3. The pump inlet and outlet should be connected to a silica gel hose, if a hard object instead, anti-resonance should be attendant.
4. To install a brushless DC pump in a water pipe: If a hard tube connected to the inlet and outlet of the pump, the inlet and outlet will be marked with a standard thread, when you choose our pumps.
5. No beating and throwing the pump, when installing.
6. Please install and use the pump according to its working conditions (You’re better tell us your appliance working condition, fluid working temperature, power supply, working voltage, etc. When test the pumps, please pay attention to the power polarity, Power reverse polarity is strictly prohibited.)
7. When choose an installation place, please keep away from the strong magnetic objects.

3. How to correctly use our brushless DC pumps?
1. Run-dry operation (no water inside of the pump) is strictly prohibited;
2. Pumps are prohibited under the long-term exposure to strong sunlight and heavy rain.
3. Pumps are prohibited to use in strong acid solution (PH value≤PH5-10, salty: 20%), Please tell us your special requirement, when place order.
4. Keep the pump appearance and working fluid clean.
5. Please remove the pump and wash it with clean water, dry it and wrap it, put it away, if you will not use it for a long time. Next time when you use it, pour water into the pump inside and wash it, shake the pump with your hand slightly, then, put 60%-80% rated working voltage to power the pump and test, to watch if the working current is regular. After that, turn the working voltage to the complete rated working voltage, watch 1- 2 hours to see if the temperature rise is normal.

4. Pump do not run and no any sound, when apply the power to the pump: 
 You need to check the electric circuit and Wiring.

5. Pump do not run and make buzzing sound, when apply the power to the pump: 
 You need to check if the power is too small. (Power supply≥1.5 times as much as the pump power)Meanwhile, check the pump rotor to see if there is dirt blocked the pump.

6. Pump does not spray water: 
There might be many causes: Firstly, You’d better check if there is air or any other solid matter coming into the water pipe which is connected to the inlet of the pump, to ensure there should no air or any other solid matter in the pipe and the pump should have enough liquid inside. In this matter, if the pump still can not work, you need to open the pump to check inside of the pump to see if the shaft was broken, the gasket was broken or misplaced, the rotor was displaced, etc. If the rotor was displaced and is difficult to move, to check the shaft and shaft sleeve, if they combined too tight, the rotor will generate heat during operation, thus, the temperature will increase, on the other hand, the power transmitted by the magnet will be decline as a curve with the increased temperature. Usually, Within the working limited temperature of the magnet, its ability of power transmission is reversible, in the opposite, it is irreversible, because when the magnet cooled down, it lost its ability of power transmission, and can not restored any more; If it is not handled promptly, the increasing temperature will fade the magnetism of the magnet away. The filtering and high temperature media should be considered to ensure the working temperature of the rotor can not over its limits. 
  When considering of the speed, you’d better check the pump speed itself to see if it is normal, and the pump body temperature is high or not, the pump has water or air inside or not, you need to ensure there is no water and air inside the pump, stop and restart the pump at least 3 times and let the pump work several minutes to make sure it operates normally.

7. Pump can not achieve required water head and flow rate when works: 
You need to check if there is air or water inside of the pump chamber; if there is, remove them, re-start and stop the pump at least 3 times.

8. There is abnormal sound when the pump operates: 
You need to check if there is dirt and solid particles, remove them and clean the inside pump chamber.

9. Motor gets heating when operates:
 You need to check if the rotor is blocked by other particles, to check if the power supply is normal, to check if the pump housing is broken and water penetrates into the pump housing.

10. There is large vibration and loud noise, when pump operates: 
Put the pump on a smooth board or desk, connect to the power supply and turn to a rated working voltage, if the pump sounds noisily with large vibration, hold the pump in your hand: if you feel the vibration but no noise, the causes may be that the rotor deviated, the shaft hole enlarged or the impeller damaged or deformed. Solutions: change new materials; if you feel slight vibration and low noise install An-ti vibration soft sponge/pad; if you feel loud noise and large vibration, replace the rotor and cover.

11. Pump has loud noise while operating: 
You need to check all the components inside the pump, such as the rotor, shaft, impeller, gasket, O-rings, front cover and the pump housing, etc. Check the power supply and if there is dirt and solid objects inside the pump housing.

12. Pump gets Leaking: 
The pump housing might were not well assembly or the seal ring was not installed.
